What Does a Customer Service Representative Do at Pick n Pay?

Customer Assistance: Assist customers on the shop floor and at the service desk, answer product and pricing queries, guide shoppers to correct aisles, and ensure every customer leaves with their needs met and a positive impression of the store.

Complaints & Query Resolution: Receive and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently, escalate unresolved issues to store management, follow up on outstanding queries, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

Returns & Exchanges: Process product returns and exchanges in line with Pick n Pay’s policies, verify proof of purchase, assess product condition, and ensure customers are handled with empathy and fairness throughout the process.
